Property Development – Has there ever been a better time?
Most wealth creation experts will tell you that there are only three major ways to create wealth: shares, business and property. And those in property know that the more you can improve the value of a property, the more wealth you create. Improving the value of a property is often referred to as property development, and can range from building a new house on a vacant block, to re-zoning existing property and changing the current function of that property.
As you might imagine, there is a lot to learn and lots of traps for new developers. It makes sense to educate yourself or partner with someone who is already a proven and successful developer.
