Just About to Give Up
I was just about to give up on ever selling my first 2 flip homes when someone put an offer in on one of them. Its a little lower than what I’d like but they said that they were willing to pay all the closing costs, so I’m going to agree to it. Now I’ve gotten a little more hopeful about Flipping Real Estate. After this house closes, I’m going to buy another to fix up. Then, if the other house still hasn’t sold, I’ll have 2 houses for sale at the same time, but in different neighborhoods. I want to make a name for myself in real estate.
