Pancakes to savour

I am not a sweets person. I never have pancakes for breakfast. I ran into my hairdresser having pancakes for breakfast in the newest of breakfast restaurants in Concord. She said the pancakes were the best she had ever had. They looked great and since then I have been desperate to try them. Honestly I don’t remember pancakes like them. I didn’t know they could be this good. They came with mixed berries and a vanilla sauce. The berries were also spread in the stack of the three. The pancakes weren’t sickly sweet and the vanilla sauce was delicious, not too strong. not too sweet just delectable.
