Which Are the Best Wine of the Month Clubs?

Are there any websites that rank the various monthly gift clubs that are available? That would really help me out since my husband wants me to get his sister a membership to one of the “best wine of the month clubs” and I really don’t know how to figure out which one this would be. I am tempted just to choose the most affordable one, but he might not be happy with me if I do that. I would rather be able to say that such and such a website recommended this club and that is why I chose it.
