She Told Me I Was Pathetic

I feel like I have become stagnant where Halloween costumes are concerned. I have used up all of my creative ideas, and for the last two years I have worn the same costume. I didn’t think anyone would notice, but my teenage daughter did and told me that I was pathetic. She told me that she used to think my costumes were amazing, and asked me why I didn’t make a new one this year. I made a few excuses, but I really didn’t have a good answer. So I visited some Halloween Forums and started asking people for help coming up with something truly amazing. I couldn’t believe how much of a response I got. Next year, my costume is not going to be pathetic!
