Dealing with a Fuzzy Head
My wife’s been waking up in the morning with a fuzzy head, she says. Apart from my jokes about that being normal for her, I can see it is getting her down. At this time of year, with the heating on and sealed windows and doors, we’re really breathing in stale air and all the pollutants all night, as well as day time at the office. We already have a small ionizer in the kids room, but my wife has told me she wants a classic air purifier for our bedroom. I’ll look into alternatives first and do some more research.
