Road Trip Helps With Break-Ups

My friend and I both found ourselves in a similar situation this year when both our long-term relationships broke down. It must have been something in the water because both splits happened within a week of each other. Having been with our partners for around five years each we were able to help each other through the pain of a break up as we had a good idea of how the other one was feeling. Six months on and we are both embracing our newfound freedom and to celebrate have decided to take a road trip Thelma and Louise style (although hopefully without all the trouble and not driving off a cliff at the end). We have planned our route and bought enough supplies to last for a month and are now ready to go. We decided to take my car, as it was more comfortable. So I have got my friend added to my cheap car insurance. A few days and we will be off!
