Glandulae pyloricae
The pyloric glands (glandulae pyloricae) consist of chief cells alone. Solitary lymph nodules (nodulis folliculi lymphatici gastric) are scattered at places in the mucosa. The close contact of the bolus with the mucous membrane and its adequate saturation with the gastric juice occur execute the mucosa is capable of gathering into foods (plicae gastrice) due to contraction of its own musculature (lamina muscular is musosae) and because of the presence of loose submucous tissue (tela submucosa) containing vessels and nerves and allowing the mucosa to smooth out and then to gather into folds of different directions.ICD 10 Coding makes you spend more time with patients and increase the quality of the care.
