Delmonte’s Muscle Program

Has anyone tried Vince delmont’s muscle program? How has it worked for fat loss compared to Sean’s program? I am following the Mass Gains meal plans, almost to the letter, but I worry that by me eating 2500 cals, for fat loss may be the wrong plan where someone who weighs 170 may use it to gain bulk. My gut tells me full body workouts 3X a week of Vince’s sample routine may be the best way for me to go. I am doing the one body part per week from Sean’s plan, and I am worried that I am under training. For the record I am going to all out failure (with good form) on the exercises, and my legs are sore until about three days before I attack them again.
